Boot Camp

Six-week Program


Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 6 A.M. and 6 P.M.
$100.00 for six weeks (member)
$150.00 for six weeks (non-members)

Team Strongin will be running in our own backyard of our new gym. There will be four stations, yoga, athletic drills, MMA, and crossfit with obstacles (tires, ropes, and exercises). Sign up quick before the class is full and get the workout of your lifetime!!

Boot Camp consists of:

  • Stretches
  • Calesthenics
  • Running , jumping, and powerwalking
  • Extensive core training
  • Lots of cross-training
  • Body control exercises
  • Stability exercises
  • Weight lifting

**Not recommended for people with limitations or health risks. Please refer to our personal training if you fall into this category.
